We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and airport shuttle stop. The service was exceptional - the staff was kind, helpful and always available. The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on a peaceful terrace and appreciated the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel, allowing us to explore the city with ease.

The beds are comfortable and the shower water warms up quickly. The hotel is beautiful with stunning stained glass and art nouveau details. The manager and staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. The provision of guest umbrellas is very useful. The location is great, only 5 minutes from Taksim square.
